The winners of the 2018 Best Translated Book Awards were announced at a ceremony in New York last night: The Invented Part by Rodrigo Fresán, translated by Will Vanderhyden (fiction) published by Open Letter Books, and Before Lyricism by Eleni Vakalo, translated by Karen Emmerich (poetry) published by Ugly Duckling Presse.
